  1. To prevetn sagging skin, I think exercise is the most important What kind of exercises should be done? I am undecided. In fact, I have no time to exercise.

  2. Dear George, Thank you for contacting us. Yes, you are right. It is very beneficial for sagging skin. You can decide the kind of exercise according to your time and body time. You can walk 30 minutes a day. Even walking 30 minutes a day is benefical to prevent sagging skin, or you can choose a gym and you can do more serious exercise but without making yourself exhausted.
