add in a blender 1 cup baby spinach, 1 small cucumber, 2 stalks celery, 1/2 cup green grapes, 1 small kiwi fruit, 1 cup filtered water, juice of ½ lemon / lime. Mix all greens with the liquids in a blender and add the vegetables and mix until smooth.
Green Smoothie
1 cup water, ½ cup coconut water (or plain), ½ cup ice cubes, ½ cup kale / spinach, 1 cup lettuce, 1-2 stalks of celery, 1 apple, 1 banana, a pinch of cinnamon, 1 tbsp chia seeds, Brazil nuts 5. Extra water if too thick. Add all the greens and liquid in the blender and blend until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
Beetroot, Carrot And Ginger Juice
1 large peeled fresh beetroot, 2 carrots, 1-2cm piece ginger, 1 small cucumber, ½ cup water (optional). Put all ingredients in a juicer. Using a blender for a higher fiber.
Peach & Mango Smoothie
½ cup frozen mango, 1 small peach, ½ cup almond milk, ½ cup filtered water, 5-6 ice cubes, 1 teaspoon flaxseed. Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Add more water or almond milk if too thick.
Carrot, Celery, Currants And Parsley Juice
Carrots, 3-4 stalks celery, ¼ cup chopped parsley (less if too intense), ½ cup berries, ½ cup of filtered water. Add all ingredients to a juicer or blender and process.
